Events

Our boutique practice approach allows us to not only develop a deep well of knowledge about our key areas of focus, but also to build a network of partners who we can tap to benefit our clients. Frequently we bring our clients and partners together for summits that are designed to be as thought provoking as they are informative.

Custom Seminars and Talks

We also can customize educational and informational seminars for you. Some of our more popular events include:

> Not-for-Profit Seminars

We would be happy to customize one of our two-hour, not-for-profit seminars for your organization. Choose from Where Has all the Money Gone?, Introduction to Capital Campaigns, Helping Nonprofit Boards Fulfill their Financial Oversight Responsibilities, How to Read NonProfit Financial Statements, Board Members and Risk, and Building an Effective Board, among others.

> Small Business Consulting

We have packed as much information as possible into this three-hour seminar called Developing Winning Business Plans. Many start-ups operate only for the present. Establishing short-term and long-term goals, and effective methods of achieving them, is essential to successful business management. This popular "how to" seminar requires a minimum number of 10 participants. It is generally offered once every 6 to 8 weeks.

> The Banker's Seminar

We've put together a two-hour seminar that helps bankers, business owners and managers make better use of the information contained within financial statements. Entitled Reading and Understanding Financial Statements, we will customize the seminar for your bank or business. We will explain the key ratios in specific industries, talk about credit tightening and what you can do about it, and provide you with the appropriate checklists for financial statement desk reviews.
